David Swihart will be facilitating this session. He has over 20 years of experience in speaking, teaching, and facilitating and will engage you through storytelling, interactive discussion, and practical application that you can use to increase your focus and productivity. David is currently a pastor, author, course designer, speaker, executive coach, and a student of human thinking and beliefs. He is a Maxwell Leadership Team Executive Program Director, a DISC certified behavior analysist, and a SHRM-certified trainer. David was the Executive Director of the Washington Street Mission in Springfield, a full-time pastor, and a Community Living Supervisor with adults with mental disabilities.
Next Steps Coaching, LLC is owned by David Swihart and his wife Liz. Their mission is to expose the thinking and beliefs that hold people back so that they can dream again and find their purpose. David and Liz have resided in Springfield, IL since 2009 and their two children, Ellise (18) and Sam (10) are active participants in the business.
