Congratulations to Margo Barregarye of Springfield Clinic for her recognition as the Central Illinois Customer Service Association’s WOW Award recipient for outstanding customer service in Q4 2023. The “WOW” Award is our opportunity to recognize those in the Springfield area who inspire us through superior customer service!
Margo was presented with a plaque and certificate at Springfield Clinic. On earning the award, Margo shared “I am really in shock!” Several Springfield Clinic employees, CILCSA Board attendees, and community members at large, gather in the lobby of Springfield Clinic to recognize Margo in surprise fashion.
When describing Margo her Springfield Clinic leader shared: “Margo is a one-of-a-kind, magnetic, energetic, joy of a person, and those qualities make her stand out as an employee and particularly as a greeter.” Patients agree: “I was having difficulty walking and the lady at the door insisted on getting me a wheelchair and taking me where I needed to go. Very caring, and I was very well taken care of from the time I pushed myself to the door, and shared one patient of Margo’s attention actions when serving others.
