The Central Illinois Customer Service Association is proud to present our newest WOW Award Winner, Rachel Lewis of Mel-O-Cream, Fairhills Mall store!
Rachel is a shining example of what the WOW Award is truly about! Thank you Rachel for providing such outstanding service to your customers. That genuine care landed her not one, but three nominations this quarter!
Here is what one of Rachel’s nominators had to say,
“Rachel is personable, knows her customers and is happy to see her customers. She is energetic even though I know she arrives at work at 5am. She talks eagerly about her grandbabies with us and makes us feel like customers are her family.”
Another nominator added,
“Rachel is an absolute joy to see every time I go into Mel-O-Cream. She greets me like an old friend and seems genuinely happy to see every single customer that enters the shop. I am diet conscious – donuts are an infrequent treat for me. But every time I enter the store, I end up buying more donuts than I anticipated because it is just so nice to talk to someone who is so happy and friendly.”
